Map is ok, not much space to expand early on and you only start with 9 iron which makes it difficult to fight bandits in next territory.

When you capture the area to the right that contains an iron mine you are attacked by the red prince and its difficult to build a large stone wall in time although it can be done.

The trade contacts dont really have much to offer of value expect more iron and you cant trade with them until the bandits have been destroyed as there is no way of making the bandits neutral/allied with you.
