How to do it ...

Hi soupduck,

I don't know what you mean by 'normal'. In my opinion, the map is
really difficult. Build all the buildings on time and starting
production doesn't help to get a foothold anywhere. I have no
idea or strategy ...

I have now made it faster and even defeated the green Roman. But
without ramp and fortress you have no chance when all opponents
attack after 55 minutes. Sorry.

Keine Chance. Im Startgebiet so viele Türme wie möglich gebaut, der Priester hat für Waffen gesorgt. Mit Pionieren die andere Seite eingenommen, Produktion aufgebaut usw. Aber nach 1 1/2 Stunden kommen sie in solchen Massen, dass man ohne die Möglichkeit, irgendwo in dieser Zeit eine Verteidigung aufzubauen, untergeht.

It's done

Hi Soupduck,

I have now found the solution. With a lot of speed and
finder's instinct a sure thing. I don't see any other
possibility (except settlers' wall). Blue is defeated,
the rest follows now

Jetzt habe ich die Lösung gefunden.
Mit Tempo und Fingerspitzengefühl eine sichere Sache.
Ich sehe keine andere Möglichkeit (außer Siedlermauer).
Blau ist besiegt, der Rest folgt jetzt.

Hi Okapi, Nice to hear from you, as always.

You say this on almost all of my maps, "that you cannot complete it." Seriously, I reviewed all of my maps and you said this many times. Then you think for a while and arrive at a solution. You are awesome.
It is not a difficult map, though some thought it required.

I do not think that the start area is a good place to hold off the enemy attacks. Perhaps another solution works better.

Hi Okapi. I am glad that a solution came to mind for you. Your solution is well done and was not the same as my solution when I built the map. However, any solution that wins the map is appropriate, yes?

Maybe I will replay the map and do some screenshots. If one quickly runs thieves in small groups (important to be in groups) to the swamp area then builders can take over.

increasing the number of settlers with thieves from the starting
area is a key point to victory. Now I have won the map after pretty
much 5 hours. Once the defense is in place, the rest is just hard work.

Awesome! This is why so many carriers in the start area. You can still build two more large residences in the start area to increase your travelling thieves. I was able to destroy and rebuild the Temple to create more priests as well.

hi soupduck,

okapi's ramp inspired my approach.
so it was a very tense round.
Even that afterwards could lead to a profit without any problems.
