Stuck on bottom island

I'm also missing something... How do I get off the bottom island? None of my ships can pass the sandbank barrier on the northern side of the bottom island... Please help?

danke für die Kommentare. Ja, leicht ist das Ganze schon, aber so wollte ich es ja. Das mit der Festung finde ich mutig, habe ich mich nicht getraut!

You cannot leave the island. Build a port here and on the island in the northeast, then you can send goods upstairs.

love the map, missing something

Love playing the map, but i think i'm missing something.

How does one get off the central/initial island? I've explored it, and while I can build a shipyard on the northern part of the map, i have no where i can take anyone to start a new colony? I feel like i'm missing something probably simple about the map.

gefiel mir gut

so ein schwacher Spieler bin ich aber nun auch wieder nicht, dass ich nur auf Sicherheit gespielt habe.
Eine Festungsanlage bei Blau war deshalb für mich Ehrensache, und die hielt dann auch.
