Originally, this task was meant for the monarch of Hohenfels - but the king does not trust him. And the large shipments of building materials and food supplies, needed to construct the Royal Fortress in Asgaard, are too important. So now you have the task to build a city, become an Archduke and - most importantly - deliver the requested goods.
