Basically a free-build map with no enemies. There are 3 others who are eager to trade with you - building roads will help. There are quests, but they are nearly all hidden. Doing some quests will deactivate other quests, so playing the map again, slightly differently, will give you different Treasures.

The quests are really only there to give you a pleasant surprise when you discover one. The victory condition is there to give you a satisfactory way to end the map.
