I started the map new and then it worked. Maybe it was a bug or something like this. It was great and I think this has been a lot of work. For me the best was how you had to recruit troops. Cool thing. Sorry if there are any mistakes, my english isn't the best. :/

Not sure if you're still trying to play the map, but if you do...
Please check if you have the quest "Gather all your heroes" - "Let the heroes gather at the university."?
And check if you have the quest "Quintus" - "Go and talk to Quintus, he is waiting for you in Edinham."?

So, loaded the map from an older save, but it still doesn't run. My heroes are in front of the university, next to Quintus, but nothing happens.

Ah sorry you have already talked to the old man at the university, that is when Yuki has joined your team...
So you should just bring all 4 hero's close together at the university.
