Given honey and flowers for recipe and nothing is happening?
I have delivered everything required for the formula and go back to the cloister. But nothing happens am I missing something???

Answer
Even though I was watching the Red Prince, I could figure it out for many hours. In the northwest, above the Red Prince's Territory, there is a device that starts rotating for a few seconds when the Red Prince visits it. Just above this device is a Blue Box, which is guarded by a pack of wolves. You need to kill the wolves and stand at this Blue Box. It will activate the device and release the recipe.
