Zur Map

Deutsch:

Vorwort: Willkommen als neuer S3 Mapper!
Rückmeldung war gewünscht, also kommt sie hier.

Beim 1.

English:

Preface: Welcome as a new S3 Mapper!
Feetback was requested, so it comes here.

In the first game, the map became bright after a few seconds. Cause: I had only selected my Amazons. Without opponents I won immediately. For a multi-player map, of course, nonsense. One just have to read. Multiplayer cards are rare.

The second attempt: 8 teams chosen, I myself became the white Amazone. Gorgeous, sometimes to play white ladies in wedding dress. And then near the Suez Canal, in Egypt today.

In India, 2 other Amazons settled and had an eye on my development target area, so they had to be prevented from spreading. I succeeded with a small bastion next to a marshy ground. Produced construction stones and wood boards, many bows and some spears, then upgrade, gold for combat power, let pioneers conquer new land. With level 2 soldiers and fighting force about 55% I freed India.

An Egyptian marched through the Sahara and wanted to be evil. Swamp and arrow hail he underestimated - bad luck for him.

So, now to map criticism: there are large stony and desert areas as well as long, narrow connections between the continents. As a result, most opponents develop only slowly, because they can not skip such areas. Only 2 opponents had upgraded. With about 200 soldiers and healing centers, I was able to free the world in one go.

If human take over the command of the opponents, it would certainly look different. The artificial intelligence of S3 can not do this well. It can not transport gold to islands as i could. So the game was rather easy to win. But still with fun.
When red Amazons came visible, I was amazed, because I couldn't mark them. The habit...

At the map decoration (Stones, flowers, shrubs, reeds etc.) you can still work.

Greetings merkel

Thanks for this great Feedback

Thanks for the great story telling!

Critcism: Great, The idea with the build stones was to prevent players from building past it directly and somewhat disconnect continents. But this also prevent bots to evolve. Would it help to remove these stones to make the bot be able to develop from there?

About the deserts i was thinking that Egyptians would have the advantage of this, since they can build in the deserts. But what would be a good solution to not get rid of this, as i think this should be used as an egyptian player? ideas?

About the Decorations... i will add this to the map.

//Cheers Touchthis
